Showing support for armed forces personnel on the frontline fighting COVID-19

The Armed Forces have been playing a leading role in tackling the ongoing coronavirus pandemic with 20,000 military personnel on standby as part of the COVID Support Force. A large focus of the military’s work so far has been helping the NHS in delivering personal protective equipment (PPE) to frontline staff, driving oxygen tankers and building temporary field hospitals.

We have launched a video campaign to thank the forces, recognising their selfless dedication to their jobs and the people they serve. Charity patrons Mike Tindall and Nick Knowles, feature in this short video paying thanks to the NHS and the military. Ambassadors Amy Williams and Julian Lewis Jones also add their words of support.

Running this campaign across all media, we want the public to add their own videos of support so that the military can see how much they are appreciated.
