It has given me the confidence to believe in myself. The other attendees were fantastic, and a great group. The organisation team really set the ethos for the week and supported us. I’d definitely recommend the course. It was great connecting with like-minded people and having fun. I went there to get my rugby coaching qualifications, but I got more than I ever thought out of the course. I got a new outlook on what the outside world in civvie life might look like and the reassurance that there is always a rugby family there. Work out what job career path I want to focus on. The transition networking evening was so useful. It gave me the opportunity to sit down and openly and honestly talk about my next steps with no pressure at all. The people there gave me such useful insights as to what opportunities are out there, and how my skill set translates.”
