The course was fantastic, not only did it provide me with the qualification needed to continue to coach at my local rugby club, it provided opportunity to network with those who have already left. My fellow course members were amazing, and an inspiration to those of us still in service. The transition advice provided has given me the confidence to know that I do possess the transferable skills that employers look for. I feel better about my transition into civilian life, when the time comes. Alan, Ryan and the team at Rugby for Heroes have been fantastic and I feel eternally grateful for being given a place on this course. I cannot recommend it enough.
