Coming on this course was really beneficial and valuable. It was filled with a positive atmosphere throughout the week from all sides of the course. I’ve learnt a great deal and can confidently coach and mentor players of our beloved sport.
As Eddie Jones says, always try to be an idea thief, I will definitely be duplicating some really good coaching session from the course.
The course has definitely gave me the progression into another part of Rugby where I can utilise my playing experience. The networking from this course was beyond my expectation. This has gave me a lot more depth which will definitely help transition into civilian life.

Rugby For Heroes, a local charity supporting service personnel as they transition into civilian life, has joined forces with businesses in Gloucester and Cheltenham to host Beyond the Uniform, an inaugural networking event for ex-military professionals. The event took place at The Roastery in Quedgeley Business Park, bringing together key figures from the business community to create career pathways for veterans.
