As someone who has been out of the military for a while I was initially nervous, as it turned out I should not have been as Alan, Brian and Ryan from rugby for heroes put me at ease straight away. This has been one of the most enjoyable weeks and very rewarding as I have come out of it with lots of new friends and a rugby coaching qualification. I could not recommend this course enough to serving military and veterans.
