Michael James “Mike” Tindall, MBE (born 18 October 1978) is an English rugby player who was in the World cup winning side in 2003 he also plays outside centre for Gloucester Rugby and has captained England and Gloucester teams. He is married to Zara Phillips, the daughter of the Princess Royal.
In 2011 when Rugby for Heroes was formed, Mike was instrumental in helping and also agreed to be Patron for our first event at Twickenham in May 2012. He has since gone on to use this position to raise a considerable amount for the charity at our charity cricket day including other sporting celebrities, unique corporate functions, being present when servicemen and women have handed over cheques adding more kudos to the proceedings and of course at his own charity golf event.
Mike is really hands-on as Patron, and he is proud to promote the charity being passionate about supporting our service men & women in their transition back into civilian life.
